Charlene Ouyang

Charlene Ouyang has extensive experience in legal and compliance roles, currently serving as the Head of Risk, Compliance & Legal at Schroders since April 2013. Prior to this, Charlene held the position of Head of Legal at Invesco Ltd. from 2005 to 2013, including a tenure as Head of Legal & Compliance from 2008 to 2010. Earlier career milestones include serving as a Senior Associate Lawyer and Junior Partner at LCS & Partners (2003-2005), and as a Senior Associate Lawyer at Yang Ming Partners (1999-2003), previously known as Qilin International Law Offices. Additional experience includes a Foreign Intern Lawyer role at Sidley Austin LLP (1997-1998) and a Consultant Lawyer position at Formosa Transnational Attorneys at Law (1994-1995, 1998-1999). Academically, Charlene earned an LLM and MCJ from New York University's School of Law and holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from National Taiwan University.
