David Smith

David Smith has extensive experience in the real estate sector, currently serving as the Head of Business Management at Schroders Capital Real Estate since February 2020. Previously, David held various roles at Schroders, including Business Manager and Business Development and Strategy Manager. Prior to joining Schroders, David gained valuable experience at Macquarie Group, where roles included Manager/Senior Associate in Infrastructure and Real Assets as well as Investment Banking Associate and Analyst in Real Estate Advisory. Earlier career highlights include internships at Fidelity Worldwide Investment, Roland Berger Strategy Consultants, and China Securities Co., Ltd. David holds a Master’s Degree in International Finance from HEC Paris and a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Peking University.
