Emeka I. is a senior transformation leader with over 11 years of experience in strategy and operational enhancements. Currently serving as a Managing Consultant in the Group Planning and Transformation Office at Schroders, Emeka previously held roles at Deloitte and Allianz, where significant contributions included leading pricing transformations and formulating post-merger integration plans. Emeka's freelance consultancy work with Roche and Unilabs resulted in improved resource allocation and strategic growth initiatives. Emeka earned an MBA from INSEAD and continues to pursue a Master of Science in Information Systems at The University of Sheffield, alongside a Bachelor of Engineering from the Federal University of Technology Owerri, Nigeria.
