Eric Rajaud

Eric Rajaud currently serves as the Lead Asset Manager for Schroders Real Estate Hotels since May 2020, bringing extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Prior to this role, Eric was the General Manager at Mercure Paris Centre Tour Eiffel from August 2014 to May 2020, overseeing a four-star hotel renowned for its modern accommodations and proximity to the Eiffel Tower. Eric's prior positions include General Manager at Novotel Cannes Montfleury and Deputy General Manager at Novotel Paris Tour Eiffel, where Eric also managed food and beverage operations at both the Paris Marriott Rive Gauche Hotel & Conference Center and Sofitel Forum Rive Gauche. Eric began a career in hospitality in 1995 as Chef de Rang Banquet at Hotel Latitude Saint Cloud and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management from EHL, completed in 1999.
