Joe Alkhoury

Joe Alkhoury is an experienced ESG Project Manager at Schroders since January 2025, overseeing a €3B portfolio of 55 prime 4- and 5-star hotels across Europe. Responsibilities include implementing carbon footprint reduction initiatives, managing engineering projects, and ensuring regulatory compliance in sustainability reporting. Prior roles include MEP & Sustainability Consultant at Arcadis, Energy Efficiency Engineer at GreenFlex, and Energy Engineer at EEG - Energy Efficiency Group, as well as experience as a trainee and intern at The C.A.T. Group and Dar Al-Handasah (Shair and Partners). Joe holds an MSc in Project and Programme Management & Business Development from SKEMA Business School and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the Lebanese American University.
