Katherine Blackburn

Katherine Blackburn has a varied work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Katherine currently works at Schroders as an Enterprise Delivery Lead, a position they started in December 2022. Prior to this, Katherine held various roles at Funding Circle UK, including Head of Agile from May 2020 to September 2022, Delivery Manager from March 2019 to April 2020, and Senior Scrum Master from August 2018 to February 2019. Katherine also worked at SPORTING INDEX HOLDINGS LIMITED as an Agile Technical Delivery Manager from January 2017 to August 2020 and as an Agile Product Owner/Scrum Master from February 2016 to December 2016. Before that, Katherine was a Scrum Master/Software Developer at GBST from November 2011 to December 2015. Katherine began their career at Solar Communications / Drumbeat Communications Ltd, where they served as the Billing and Accounts Manager from August 2005 to October 2011, handling tasks such as client base migration, installation of new billing/CRM systems, managing billing systems, website redevelopment, and creating SQL reports. Prior to that, they were a Billing and Analysis Manager at Call Options UK LTD from December 2002 to July 2005.

Katherine Blackburn completed a BA (Hons) degree in Mathematics and American History & Literature at Aberystwyth University from 1997 to 2000. Katherine later pursued an MSc degree in Computer Science at the University of Bristol from 2001 to 2002.
