Lucy McLaughlin has extensive experience in compensation and benefits management, currently serving as the Lead Compensation Manager at Schroders since September 2007, where prior roles included Compensation Manager and Compensation Specialist. From December 2002 to August 2007, Lucy worked at State Street Bank & Trust Co as the AVP - Compensation & Benefits, overseeing C&B activities across Europe and South Africa, including merit reviews, bonus cycles, and benefits administration. Earlier in the career, Lucy was a Team Leader at Towers Perrin from 2000 to 2002, responsible for managing share schemes for blue-chip companies. Lucy holds a BA Hons in Modern European Languages from the University of Liverpool, earned between 1995 and 1999.
