Michael McLean

Michael McLean covers Adveq's US technology investment activities across primary funds, secondaries, and co-investments.

Before joining Schroder Adveq in 2017, Michael worked over three years as a Senior Associate at Millennium Technology Value Partners, a late-stage venture capital firm, where he was responsible for sourcing and evaluating late-stage technology investment opportunities. Prior to that, Michael worked as a Product Manager at Zynga, an online social gaming company in San Francisco. Michael began his career in venture capital at Institutional Venture Partners (IVP), where he specialized in late-stage venture and growth equity transactions. Michael also previously worked in the technology investment banking group at JPMorgan.

Michael holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Stanford University in Palo Alto (CA), US and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University in Evanston (IL), US.
