Phillip J. Cardillo

Phillip J. Cardillo currently serves as the Head of Workplace Services Americas at Schroders, a position held since December 2022. Prior to this role, Cardillo was the Operations Manager for Global Workplace Services at Cognizant from October 2019 to December 2022, where responsibilities included managing workplace services and facility operations for executive conference centers, developing policies, overseeing vendor contracts, and leading post-COVID return-to-office initiatives. Cardillo's extensive experience also includes a tenure as General Manager of Convening & Hospitality Operations at the Ford Foundation, where key contributions involved managing a $300 million headquarters renovation. Additional roles include Director of the Conference Center at Montclair State University and Senior Operations Manager for Visitor Services at the American Museum of Natural History. Cardillo holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Rutgers University–New Brunswick.
