Racheal Hanifan

Racheal Hanifan possesses over two decades of experience in human resources, focusing on leadership roles in prominent organizations. Currently serving as the Head of People & Culture for the Client Group and Global divisions at Schroders since November 2010, Racheal has also held the position of Head of Human Resources for the Americas, along with being a Senior Human Resources Business Partner. Prior to this, Racheal worked at Ernst & Young as an HR Business Consultant from 2004 to 2010 and began a career in human resources as an HR Adviser at Crown Law from 2000 to 2004. Racheal's educational background includes a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration with a major in Human Resources and Employment Law and a Bachelor of Business Studies in Human Resources Management, both obtained from Massey University.
