Surendra PV has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Currently, they are working as a PEGA Principal Analyst at Schroders since 2022. Prior to that, they were a PEGA Lead System Architect at Lloyds Bank from 2018 to 2022. Before Lloyds Bank, Surendra worked at Pegasystems as an Associate Architect, where they contributed to the design and implementation of the Smart Dispute for Issuers framework. Surendra also worked at Tech Mahindra as an Associate Tech Specialist, where they designed process flows and implemented user stories for various projects. Surendra was also a Senior Associate at Polaris Associates, Inc., where they contributed to the implementation of the Pega solution for the Texas County and District Retirement System. Surendra has also worked at CSC as a System Architect and Application Consultant, where they worked on case management tools and data processing projects for clients such as the Farmers Insurance Group of Companies. Earlier in their career, Surendra worked at ADP as a Member Technical and at IBM as an Associate Systems Engineer.

Surendra PV obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from KSRM College of Engineering between 2003 and 2007.
