Gabriela Charlot

Gabriela (Gaby) Charlot serves as the Program Manager for Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at Schrödinger since March 2021, where responsibilities include developing a global DEI Council strategy and engaging stakeholders across international offices. Previously, Gabriela worked as an Associate in the same field, mentoring Volunteer Employee Resource Group Leaders and creating an enriching DEI course for over 600 employees. Prior experience includes a role at the FVI School of Nursing, focused on employer relations and employability support, and serving as a Diversity Education Facilitator at the Georgetown Center of Multicultural Equity and Excellence, where efforts centered on promoting inclusivity through workshops and dialogue facilitation. Gabriela holds a Bachelor's Degree in Foreign Service with a focus on Culture and Politics from Georgetown University and a Certificate in Diversity and Inclusion for HR from Cornell University.
