Michelle Byington

Michelle Byington has extensive experience in human resources, recruitment, and strategic growth within the biotechnology and pharmaceutical sectors. Currently, Michelle serves as Vice President of DEI and Strategic Growth at Schrödinger since August 2009, where prior roles included Vice President of Human Resources and Director of Human Resources. Previous positions held include Senior Consultant at The Stevenson Group, Founder of Byington Scientific Recruitment, and Senior Recruitment Advisor at Pfizer. Early career experiences include roles as a retained recruiter at D.E. Shaw Research, a recruiter at Schrödinger and Juno, and a resident advisor at the Native American College Preparatory Center. Michelle holds a PhD in Clinical Psychology from Columbia University and a B.A. in Psychology from Yale University.
