Ziyana Samanani

Ziyana Samanani is a Senior Solutions Architect I at Schrödinger, with experience in software and data integration, having migrated extensive datasets using Python and SQL, and developed HTML documentation for database schemas. Prior to this role, Ziyana held various positions at Schrödinger, including Associate Solutions Architect and Solutions Architect Intern, contributing to research published on protein modeling. Ziyana has also served as an Undergraduate Researcher at Baylor College of Medicine, focusing on reaction optimization and scaffold library creation. In addition to academic pursuits, Ziyana played NCAA Division I women's soccer at Rice University while balancing athletics and studies, and has experience in community service and organization through initiatives like Boots Without Borders and involvement in a COVID-19 vaccination effort.
