Jess Ayres

Jess Ayres possesses extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at Schuerger Law Group since December 2024. Prior to this role, Jess worked at Doyle HCM as the Benefits and PTO Team Lead and Benefits Specialist. At JPMorgan Chase & Co., Jess held various positions from January 2018 to October 2023, including Pay and Time HR Team Lead, where responsibilities encompassed leading payroll tax and escalation servicing teams, as well as managing escalated employee issues. Jess also has a background in digital fraud prevention and customer service. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources Management from Ashford University and ongoing studies toward a Master of Arts in Human Resources Management and Services at Walden University, expected to be completed in April 2025.
