Kevin Minton

Kevin Minton has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Kevin is currently the Director of Operations at Schuette Metals since March 2023. Prior to this role, they worked as the Director of Compliance at the same company from January 2022 to March 2023. Before joining Schuette Metals, Kevin served as the Corporate Quality Systems Manager at Pioneer Metal Finishing from October 2016 to January 2021. Kevin also worked at Tyco Fire Products where they held various positions, including Quality Control Supervisor/Radiation Safety Officer from October 2015 to October 2016, and Manufacturing Supervisor from November 2010 to October 2015. Kevin's earlier experience includes working as the Production and Quality Manager at Guardian Industries Corp. from 2005 to 2010, and as the Quality Manager at Advantage Plating Inc. from 2000 to 2005. Kevin started their career as a Plating Manager at Seleco Inc. from October 1997 to December 1999.

Kevin Minton has a Master of Science (MS) degree in Quality Management from Eastern Michigan University. Kevin also holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Economics/Business Administration from Rocky Mountain College. In addition to their degrees, Kevin has obtained a certification in General Industry Safety and Health from the Occupational Safety and Health Administration in March 2022.
