Tanja Panhans

Tanja Panhans is an experienced communications professional with a strong background in internal and external communication at SCHUFA Holding AG since June 2011. Currently serving as Leiterin interne und externe Kommunikation, Tanja has significantly contributed to the organization's transformation towards greater transparency and consumer orientation, while facilitating cultural and organizational changes. Previous roles at SCHUFA include leading internal communication and issue management, as well as establishing a comprehensive internal communication framework. Tanja’s earlier experience includes project management in CSR initiatives and consumer communication, alongside positions in corporate coaching and public relations. Tanja holds an MBA from the School of Corporate Governance, Risk & Compliance and a Diplom Betriebswirtin in European Business Management from the University of Applied Sciences Worms.
