Rohitashwa Pant

Rohitashwa Pant has extensive work experience in various leadership roles within the technology and consulting industry. Rohitashwa is currently serving as the Chief Digital & Information Officer at Schuler Group since January 2020. Prior to this, they held the position of Chief Automation Officer at ANDRITZ starting from July 2023.

Before joining Schuler Group, Rohitashwa Pant worked at KUKA AG as a Senior Vice President from October 2016 to January 2020. Rohitashwa also served as a Managing Director at Accenture from December 2014 to September 2016.

Their earlier career includes roles at SapientNitro as a Director of Client Services from October 2008 to November 2014. Rohitashwa was responsible for managing a client portfolio and provided consulting services across various digital areas.

Rohitashwa Pant's experience also includes working at Siemens COM/Nokia Siemens Networks, where they served as an Account Director from October 2003 to September 2008. In this role, they led the global rollout of fixed-line SMS for cordless phones and also took on the additional responsibility of product marketing.

Prior to this, they worked as a Management Consultant at Siemens in Munich from April 2001 to September 2002. Rohitashwa Pant gained valuable experience managing turnaround programs for Communication and Automotive divisions.

Their career began at Siemens Energy & Automation, where they worked as a Systems Engineer from October 1994 to October 1999. Rohitashwa was involved in commissioning and implementing industrial automation systems for rolling mills and gained onsite experience in the US and India for greenfield rolling mill plant installations.

Rohitashwa Pant obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics from an unnamed institution from 1990 to 1994. Rohitashwa later pursued an MBA from INSEAD, completing it in the year 2000.
