Franziska Adolphs

Franziska Adolphs is an HR Specialist in Learning & Digitalisation at Schülke & Mayr since August 2022, focusing on the development of professional and leadership skills, training design, e-learning creation, and mentoring program organization. Previous experience includes support for gender equality initiatives at Hochschule Hamm-Lippstadt as a student assistant from April 2019 to June 2020, and involvement in various HR topics at Robert Bosch Automotive Steering GmbH from September 2018 to March 2019. Franziska holds a Master of Science in Intercultural Business Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in Intercultural Business Psychology, both from Hamm-Lippstadt University of Applied Sciences.
