Marita Schwenck has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Marita began their career at Ogilvy & Mather in 1994 as an Account Executive before moving up to the position of Account Supervisor. Marita then worked at DDB Needham as an International Account Director and later joined TBWA Worldwide as an International Management Supervisor and Regional Director Network Clients & Business Development. In 2008, they joined G. Pohl-Boskamp GmbH, where they held various positions, including Director of Sales North-West Europe, Global Director Parasitology, and Leitung Brandmanagement OTC. Marita also worked at proDERM as part of a consulting project and at Schwenck Consulting as a Sales and Marketing Specialist. Marita later became the Head of Marketing OTC at Schülke & Mayr. Additionally, they have been a lecturer at IUBH Internationale Hochschule since 2019.

Marita Schwenck's education history includes a degree in Betriebswirtschaftslehre Schwerpunkt Marketing und Management from Hochschule Mainz - University of Applied Sciences.
