May-Britt Conradi started their work experience in 2015 as a Project Management Working student at Airbus. In 2016, they worked as a Digital Marketing Working student at Beiersdorf. May-Britt then moved on to work as a Key Account Manager at British American Tobacco from March 2017 to October 2017. In 2018, they continued at British American Tobacco as a Key Account Management Working student for a few months before joining Schülke & Mayr as a Corporate Communications Manager in November 2018. May-Britt eventually became the Head of Corporate Communications at Schülke & Mayr in May 2020.
May-Britt Conradi completed their education at Hochschule Flensburg. May-Britt obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Internationale Fachkommunikation from 2010 to 2014. May-Britt then pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in the same field of study from 2015 to 2018. Additionally, they obtained several certifications, including "Praxiswissen Public Relations" from Quadriga Hochschule Berlin in January 2021, "Social Media Management" from Akademie der Deutschen Medien gGmbH in May 2020, and "Standortübergreifendes Projektseminar 'Organisation und Projektmanagement'" from Hochschule Flensburg in June 2012.
