Previous roles include Operations Coordinator at Restaurant365 Software and Multi Unit Manager at Austin's Pizza, where responsibilities included managing multiple units and developing new product lines. Mark also has extensive experience as General Manager at Mellow Mushroom, Chili's, and Bahama Breeze, focusing on operational stability, revenue growth, and team supervision. Mark's entrepreneurial experience as a small business owner further demonstrates a comprehensive skill set, supported by a Bachelor of Arts degree in Hotel, Restaurant & Institutional Management from Michigan State University.
