Andrew Williamson

Andrew Williamson currently serves as the Director of FP&A - Asset Management at Schulte Hospitality Group, a position held since May 2025. Prior experience includes roles as Asset Manager and Senior Hospitality Analyst at Bedrock Detroit from July 2021 to May 2025, and as an Analyst in Investment Analysis at IHG Hotels & Resorts for a brief period in 2021. Prior to that, Andrew worked at CHMWarnick, LLC as an Associate and had earlier internships in hotel asset management and operations at notable establishments such as Boca Raton Resort & Club, St Regis San Francisco, and Sheraton Hotels & Resorts. Andrew began their career with an Operations Internship at Marriott International. Andrew holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business with a focus on Hospitality Business and a minor in Real Estate Investment Management from Michigan State University, completed in 2019.
