Sean Locklear

Sean Locklear is a Partner and Special Counsel at Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP, with experience in this role since June 2023 and as an Associate from July 2015 to May 2022. Prior to this, Sean served as Associate Counsel at Mariner Investment Group from September 2012 to July 2015, and held a position as Law Clerk at Liberty Mutual Insurance for a brief period in late 2011. Sean began his legal career as a Legal Intern at Greater Boston Legal Services in the summer of 2010. Educationally, Sean earned a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Boston College Law School between 2009 and 2012, after obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Delaware from 2005 to 2009.
