Molly Decker

Molly Decker is an experienced professional with a strong background in customer coordination, administrative support, and marketing. Currently serving as a Customer Coordinator at Schumacher Homes since October 2021, Molly facilitates the preconstruction process for homeowners and addresses discrepancies between sales and construction. Prior experience includes working as a Unit Administrative Coordinator at GOJO Industries, where assistance was provided to the Marketing VP and coordination of cross-department projects. Molly also played a key role in leading a successful Levy campaign for Summit County Children Services and has held various administrative and communication positions, including at the United States Senate and as a graduate research assistant at American University. Molly holds a Master of Arts in Strategic Communications from American University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Kent State University.
