Scott Decarlo

Scott DeCarlo is an accomplished supply chain executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Supply Chain at Schuman Cheese, Scott leads a team focused on planning, sourcing, replenishment, and logistics. Additionally, Scott contributes as a Board of Advisors member at Replan, where support is provided for the development of AI-based planning software solutions. Through SD Coaching & Consulting, Scott advises executives on supply chain strategy and wellness. Previous roles include Senior Vice President at Ferraro Foods, Vice President at Independent Purchasing Cooperative, and Vice President Supply Chain at ASR Group, among others. Scott's career began with Unilever and includes significant experience in import supply and logistics management in various sectors. An alumnus of Alliance University, Scott holds a BS in Organizational Management.
