Jesper Vestergaard Krogh

Jesper Vestergaard Krogh has extensive work experience in the legal field. Jesper Vestergaard started their career as a Business Lawyer at Kirk Larsen & Ascanius in 2005. Jesper Vestergaard then joined Schur International a/s in 2006 and held multiple roles within the company. Jesper Vestergaard started as the Group Legal and Risk Manager, responsible for the legal department, drafting contracts, overseeing major contracts, managing the Group Insurance Program, and handling risk management and surveying. Jesper Vestergaard was also in charge of Intellectual Property Rights, drafting the IPR strategy, and managing the Transfer Pricing Documentation. Additionally, they handled the Group Policies, Code of Practice, Contract paradigm, and engaged with various external stakeholders such as lawyers, patent agencies, advisors, insurance companies, tax agencies, etc. Recently, they were promoted to the position of Group Legal and Risk Director.

Jesper Vestergaard Krogh's education history includes a Bachelor's degree in Business Law from Syddansk Universitet - University of Southern Denmark. Jesper Vestergaard also pursued further education and obtained a Master's degree in Business Law from Aalborg University.
