Magdalena Statnik

Magdalena Statnik has been responsible for Human Resources at Schüttflix since January 2021 and is strengthening the management team in this role.

She is significantly controlling the build-up of a strong team from 40 to around 120 Schüttflixers by the end of 2021. In addition, her goal is to offer every applicant and employee a smooth employer journey in every phase.

The qualified social psychologist has been working in the HR sector for over 13 years. In her previous positions at KPMG and Bertelsmann, she has already proven how high-performance and scalable companies can position themselves for the future.
