Enrique Baranda Grajales has a diverse work experience in the fields of marketing, sales, and brand management. Enrique started their career at Bayer HealthCare, where they worked as an Assistant Brand Manager and later as a Brand Manager for various projects. Enrique then joined Grupo Herdez as a Product Manager, leading the McCormick Mayonnaise and Mustard brand. After that, they worked at Bristol-Myers Squibb as an Antacids Brand Manager. Enrique then moved to RB, where they held the positions of Analgesics Sr. Brand Manager and Healthcare Category Head. Enrique joined Sanofi as the CHC Digestive Health Marketing Manager and later held the positions of LATAM Nutritional Health Category Lead and Country Project Manager Officer of Sanofi CHC Carve in. Currently, they are the Commercial Director (CRO) at Schwabe Group, where they are responsible for marketing, digital, sales, and revenue strategy, as well as brand building. Throughout their career, Enrique has demonstrated their ability to achieve and exceed sales objectives, develop marketing strategies, and lead cross-functional teams.

Enrique Baranda Grajales completed a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from Tecnológico de Monterrey in 2006. In 2019, they participated in the Sanofi Digital Acceleration Programme offered by Circus Street.
