Abby Collins

Abby Collins has a diverse work experience starting from 2009. Abby worked as a Law Clerk at the First Judicial District's Public Defenders Office for a year. Later, they served as an Attorney at Keyser Criminal Defense for almost one year, managing a solo criminal defense law office. Abby then worked as an Associate Attorney at LeVander, Gillen & Miller, P.A., representing municipalities in criminal proceedings. Abby joined the Tenth Judicial District as a Judicial Law Clerk and worked there for over a year. Abby then gained experience as an Associate Attorney at Rupp, Anderson, Squires & Waldspurger, P.A. After that, they took on roles at Metropolitan Council of the Twin Cities as a Labor Relations Associate and later as a Labor Relations Specialist. Abby served as an Associate General Counsel at Marsden Services. Before their current position, Abby worked at Schwan's Company as a Senior Corporate Counsel, leading employment and labor-related legal matters, and is currently functioning as their Human Resources Director, responsible for managing HR for multiple manufacturing locations, strategizing retention programs and implementing labor relations efforts.

Abby Collins attended Lakeville High School for an unspecified period of time. Abby then pursued a Bachelor's degree at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln from 2002 to 2006. Following that, they attended Mitchell Hamline School of Law from 2007 to 2010 to obtain their J.D. degree.
