Ann Paulson

Ann Paulson has over 20 years of experience in product development roles. Ann started their career as a Product Development Technologist at The Pillsbury Company from 1996 to 2001. Ann then joined Schwan's Company in 2002 and held various positions including Senior Food Technologist, Product Development Manager, Sr. Product Development Manager, and Director of Product Development. In their roles at Schwan's Company, Ann was responsible for driving cost savings opportunities, leading product development teams, and executing projects for different divisions and business units. Their expertise lies in raw material optimization, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration.

Ann Paulson attended South Dakota State University from 1990 to 1994, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Nutrition and Food Science.
