Danielle Hertzel

Danielle Hertzel currently serves as the Senior Director of Manufacturing at Schwan's Company, a position held since August 2023. In addition, Danielle has been the Chair of the Board of Directors for New Horizon Ranch since January 2018, overseeing programs that support individuals with various disabilities. Previously, Danielle spent over thirteen years at C.H. Guenther & Son, culminating in the role of Director of Supply Planning, where responsibilities included the facilitation of the S&OP process and multi-site operations oversight. Danielle’s career began at Bimbo Bakeries USA, progressing through various roles in production management. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Baking Science Management from Kansas State University and an Associate of Arts in General Studies from Johnson County Community College.
