Federico Arreola

Federico Arreola has a diverse work experience in marketing and brand management roles. Federico most recently served as the Vice President of Marketing at Schwan's Company starting in April 2021. Prior to that, they worked at The Kraft Heinz Company for over 15 years, where they held various positions including Chief Brand and Category Officer, Head of Grocery Business Unit, and Vice President in the Consumer Products Brand Business Unit. Federico also had experience in the food industry as a Brand Manager at Classico and Associate Brand Manager at Smart Ones/Classico. Additionally, Federico worked as a Global Marketing Intern at Eli Lilly and Company and as the Head of Human Resources at PepsiCo - Frito Lay.

Federico Arreola completed their B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey. Subsequently, they pursued an MBA at Duke University's The Fuqua School of Business from 2003 to 2005.
