Rachel Nuese

Rachel Nuese has over 15 years of experience in human resources. Their most recent position was as the Director of Human Resources, Talent Process and Systems at Schwan's Company, starting in January 2023. Prior to that, they served as the HR Director and Human Capital Management Change Lead, where they led the transformation of HR processes and implemented a new system. Rachel also held the position of Human Resources Director, where they provided strategic support for manufacturing facilities and implemented turnaround strategies. Rachel has experience in compensation programs, talent development, and HR project management. Rachel began their career at Carlson Companies as an HR Generalist and later worked as an HR Specialist, specializing in project management.

Rachel Nuese earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Minnesota in 2003. Rachel went on to pursue a Masters of Arts degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management, which they completed in 2006.
