Henning Hoyer

Henning Hoyer has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Henning currently holds the position of Program Manager at SCHWARM Technologies Inc. starting in October 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a DevOps Architect at q.beyond AG from April 2021 to October 2022.

Henning's previous roles include IT Enterprise Architect and Head of Digital Technologies at Nordex Group from 2019 to 2021. Henning was also a Manager at MINDEIGHT GmbH from 2018 to 2019.

In the earlier years of their career, Henning held various IT managerial positions at Johnson & Johnson and its subsidiaries. Henning Hoyer completed their Master of Business and Engineering degree in Information Technology from Steinbeis Hochschule in 2003. In addition, they obtained several certifications from Coursera, including "Social and Economic Networks: Models and Analysis" in December 2014, "Model Thinking" in February 2014, and "Startup Engineering" in September 2013.
