Catriona Milne

Catriona Milne is a Chartered MCIPD professional with extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at nexos since December 2023. Prior to this role, Catriona held various positions at Wood from July 2013 to November 2023, including Senior HR Advisor, where responsibilities encompassed supporting multiple Shell contracts and managing staffing resources for significant projects. Catriona's experience spans HR administration, payroll processing, and employee relations, with a foundational education in Business Management and Human Resource Management from Edinburgh Napier University, along with an MSc in Human Resource Management from Robert Gordon University. Catriona also completed further professional development in commercial contracting in 2024.
