Marc Hinselmann has extensive work experience in supply chain management and customer service. Marc began their career as a Consultant at P3 Automotive in 2008 before moving to Philips as a Trainee in Project Management in 2009. Marc then joined Philips Lighting in 2010 and held various roles such as Sales & Business Analyst and Business Analyst Supply Chain. In 2016, they became the Head of Supply Chain Development & Customer Service OEM DACH at Philips Lighting.
In 2018, Hinselmann joined Signify, where they held multiple roles including Head of Customer Service Professional Key Accounts and Global Supply Chain Project Manager. Marc'slast role at Signify was Global Business Process Expert Order Management. Marc is currently the Head of Customer Management & Demand Planning at SCHWARTAUER WERKE GmbH & Co. KG, starting in 2023.
From 2003 to 2008, Marc Hinselmann attended Technische Hochschule Lübeck, where they obtained a degree in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen. Marc graduated with a Diplom-Ingenieur qualification.
