Todd Leggett has extensive experience in the restaurant industry, currently serving as a Restaurant Manager at Schwartz Brothers Restaurants since November 2017, where responsibilities include managing the bar program, scheduling, product procurement, hiring, and coaching team members. Previously, Todd held the position of Restaurant General Manager at Woodmark Hotel & Still Spa from April 2014 to October 2017 and has progressed through various roles at Schwartz Brothers Restaurants, including Chef and Sous Chef from 1991 to 2014.
