Deb Miller has over two decades of experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as a Service Agent in the Group Benefit Department at Schwarz Insurance since May 1999. In this role, Deb collaborates with selling agents to acquire and retain clients across various group benefit coverages, handling tasks such as request for proposals, proposals, enrollments, and account maintenance. Prior to this, Deb worked at Humana from February 1994 to May 1999, initially as a Benefit Analyst and then as a Lead Benefit Analyst, providing technical support, managing preauthorizations and appeals, and adjudicating claims with an authority limit of $20,000. Deb holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Policy & Administration, with an emphasis in Management, from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, earned between 1989 and 1993.
