Josefin Polzer

Josefin Polzer currently serves as Projektmanagerin HR - Getränke & Kunststoff at Schwarz Produktion since September 2023. In addition, Josefin has been a Projektleiterin at Bildungswerk der Thüringer Wirtschaft e.V. since June 2021, working on a three-year project to implement a KI-gestützte matching platform for qualification in collaboration with IAD GmbH. Previous positions include HR-Generalist and Werkstudent Recruiting at Lendico from October 2019 to June 2021, Team Lead Recruitment and Recruiter at Deutsche Fensterbau GmbH from September 2017 to September 2019, and Cooperative Education Student at Kaufland Deutschland from 2014 to 2017. Josefin holds a Master’s degree in Arbeits- und Personalmanagement from Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft Berlin (2019-2021) and a Bachelor of Arts in BWL - Handel from Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University (2014-2017).
