Sarah Fischer is a Global Outreach Associate and Admissions Outreach & Selection Officer at Schwarzman Scholars since June 2021. Previously, Sarah served as a Graduate Assistant at Barnard College from August 2019 to June 2021 and as a Course Assistant for Dr. Felisa Tibbitts at Teachers College, Columbia University, where responsibilities included support for the course in International Comparative Education & Development Studies. Additional experience includes roles as a Graduate Research Assistant at the Center on Chinese Education, Senior Assistant Director of Admissions, and Assistant Director of Admissions at Vassar College, as well as an Admission Counselor at Pitzer College. Early experiences include positions as an Admissions Ambassador Coordinator Intern, Admissions Tour Guide, Office Assistant, and Receptionist at Bryn Mawr College. Sarah holds a Master's degree in International Educational Development from Teachers College, Columbia University, and a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from Bryn Mawr College, with additional study at UCL.
