Waldemar Wilt has extensive experience in the dairy and food industry, having held various leadership positions since 2002. Currently, Waldemar serves as Betriebsleiter for Pulver/Ingredients at Schwarzwaldmilch, a company established in 1930 that represents local dairy farmers. Additionally, Waldemar is the Technischer Leiter at Black Forest Nature, a start-up focused on the sustainable production and marketing of food products, including the Velike! organic oat drink brand. Prior experience includes roles at Hochland as a Molkereifachmann and at Netto as an Einzelhandelskaufmann.
