Nicholas Devincent

Nicholas DeVincent is an experienced professional in the cannabis cultivation industry, currently serving as the Cultivation Operations Manager at Schwazze since March 2019, where responsibilities include overseeing cultivation operations and ensuring compliance and efficiency. Previously, Nicholas worked as a Cultivation Consultant, managing large-scale projects across multiple states. At The Secret Stash, from April 2015 to March 2019, Nicholas held the role of Director of Cultivation, effectively managing a significant commercial cannabis facility and surpassing production goals. Nicholas also has experience as an On-Site Account Manager at Hemp Temps, focusing on quality control in harvested cannabis, and as a District Manager at Cosi, overseeing restaurant operations.
