Charity Russell is an experienced professional with a diverse background in teaching, program coordination, and brand consulting. Currently serving as the Owner & Creator of momspelledbackwards.org since July 2016, Charity focuses on empowering women and mothers to reconnect with their adventurous spirit. Since November 2017, Charity has also worked as a Ski Instructor at Schweitzer Mountain Resort, where responsibilities include outdoor risk management and instructional education. Previous roles include Supervisor & Program Coordinator with a focus on quality improvement and revenue support, as well as Executive Assistant & Brand Consultant at ACL Strong, specializing in project management and marketing. Additionally, Charity has experience as an Account Manager at Suntech Circuits, handling bid requests and coordinating sales efforts. Charity holds an Associate of Arts degree from Rio Salado College and has further education from Mesa Community College.
