David’s earlier experience includes serving as a Law Clerk for the Repubblica e Cantone Ticino, a Junior Associate at Bär & Karrer, and a Junior Legal Counsel at SBB CFF FFS, among other legal positions. David's academic credentials include a Master of Laws in International Financial Law from King's College London and a Swiss Bar Exam from the Supreme Court of the Canton of Ticino, complemented by advanced legal degrees from the University of Zurich and the University of Lucerne.
