Stefan Strathaus

Stefan Strathaus has extensive experience in mechanical engineering and design. Stefan is currently the Head of Mechanical Engineering / Abteilungsleiter at SCHWIND eye-tech-solutions GmbH. Prior to this, they held roles such as Lead of Mechanical Design R&D and Mechanical Designer at the same company. Stefan also worked as a Project Coordinator at SCHWIND eye-tech-solutions GmbH. Before joining SCHWIND, Stefan worked as a Solutions CAD Designer at Endress+Hauser Conducta GmbH+Co.KG, and as a Maschinenbautechniker at Siempelkamp NIS, Polygon Produktdesign, Konstruktion, Herstellung GmbH, FERCHAU Engineering, METEOR Personaldienste AG & Co. KGaA, and Fleischer GmbH Hydraulik und Maschinenbau. Their early work experience includes roles as an Industriemechaniker and Schichtschlosser/Leitstandfahrer at Südzucker Group, and as an Industriemechaniker at E.On Kernkraft GmbH.

Stefan Strathaus completed their Berufsausbildung (vocational training) from 2000 to 2004 at E.On Kernkraft GmbH. From 2006 to 2008, they attended Richard von Weizsäcker Berufskolleg Paderborn, where they obtained their Fachschulexamen (advanced technical certificate) / Fachoberschulreife (higher education entrance qualification) in the field of Maschinenbau (mechanical engineering).
