Pierre Methe

Pierre Methe is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in customer service and operations management. Currently serving as Director of Service Excellence at SCI Group Inc since January 2020, Pierre has previously held positions including Director of Customer Service at FlightHub, where oversight extended to 700 employees across three sites, and Director of Customer Care at Freedom Mobile, managing a team of 600 and focusing on business growth through enhanced customer service. At Freedom Mobile, Pierre developed customer service standards and implemented cost-reduction strategies, while also pioneering customer experience programs. Earlier in their career, Pierre served as Director of Operations at Globalive Communications Corp., overseeing customer care and operations for 200 employees.
