Jeff Levis

Jeff Levis has a strong background in finance and program management. Jeff started their career at Raytheon in 2000, where they held various roles in program cost and schedule control and estimating and pricing. Jeff then moved on to L3 Security & Detection Systems as a Proposal Specialist. In 2006, they returned to Raytheon as a Lead Proposal Analyst. From 2007 to 2012, they served as the Northeast Pricing & Estimating Manager and later as a Finance Manager in Network Centric Systems. In 2012, they became the Senior Finance Manager in Intelligence, Information and Services, overseeing product support operations. In 2017, they joined Textron Systems as the VP of Finance, playing a key role in the restoration of an underperforming operating unit and implementing business strategies. Most recently, they joined SCI Technology as the VP of Finance in 2023.
