Sherif G. Karam

Sherif G. Karam is an experienced construction professional currently serving as an Assistant Project Manager at Sciame Construction, LLC, since March 2020, working on the Ronald O. Perelman Performing Arts Center at the World Trade Center. Prior to this role, Karam held positions as a Project Engineer at LEAD Construction, focusing on the SGBL Bank Headquarters designed by Renzo Piano, and as a Structural Engineer Intern at Bureau d'Etudes Rodolphe Mattar and WSP in the UK. Karam's internships involved seismic design checks and structural analysis for high-rise buildings. Karam holds a Master of Engineering (MEng) in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Imperial College London and a Scientific Baccalaureate in Mathematics from College Louise Wegmann. Additionally, Karam completed a summer course in Physics and Engineering at the University of Cambridge.
