Christophe Houdebine

Christophe Houdebine has extensive experience in the real estate sector, currently serving as President of SCIC Urbancoop since June 2004, where the focus is on independent real estate operations with an ESUS status. In addition, Christophe Houdebine has been the Director of Urbanlab since January 1995, emphasizing research and development in real estate and property financing. Also, since November 2018, Christophe Houdebine has held the position of President at Urban Solidarité Investissement, an innovative social real estate company. Earlier in the career, Christophe Houdebine worked at Léon Grosse from December 1979 to December 1995, ascending from Site Manager to Director. Educational qualifications include an engineering degree in Civil Engineering and Urbanism from INSA Lyon, a Master’s in Business Administration from iaelyon School of Management, and a DEA in Urban Geography from Université Claude Bernard Lyon 1.
